When will the next "Statement regarding Multiplayer" appear?

Steam didn't put refunds on their platform out of good will. They had to after heavy pressure from Australia and out of the European consumer protection.

I doubt they will ever expand their steam refund system unless put under pressure.

I doubt they will ever expand their steam refund system unless put under pressure.

I've heard with enough persistence (harassment, more like) to the Steam Support they can eventually refund games regardless of hours. I doubt it's worth the effort though.
