I love the MP part of bannerlord, but there's a few things I really fail to understand :let's discuss ;
I'd like to see if other pople feel the same as me

actually I don't get that many. it's just from time to time that servers are unstable. But indeed I play most of MP in captain mode, so maybe that's the reason ?

The first 4 I can just leave and play another match/server.

The last one I cannot, we are stuck with that.

If you are talking about the captain mode, then:
6. Archers are not viable.
7. Cavs are not viable.
IMHO: Everything else is not so important.

Skirmish:
Fighting Archer spam going pewpew, esp if a team composition is okay (lets say 3 of each class max or smth) and then archers are taken in retaliation after getting clapped in melee.

Mine isnt on the list. I would vote on anyone who uses crossbows as the most annoying thing in captain. Even before 1.5, crossbows were crap and now all range is crap.

No the worst thing in captain is those guys picking cav and hiding it away. They've had zero imapact and when everyone else is dead he still got all his bots and you gotta watch him use them one after one for another 5 minutes. That's annoying, not people just wanting to play Xbows every once in a while.
