Weird armor glitch

When Highland Noble Bracers are equipped the character will morph into a large ball of mashed textures. A bunch of my lords were having the problem occur when I got close or looked at them in the catalog, but when I'm in battle and farther than 10 feet they look fine. I recently Acquired a new companion and equipped him with the Highland Noble Bracers and that's when I figured out that it was issue.
