Well, it's a bit of a necro. :smile:
The mod isn't being worked on right now, and hasn't been worked on for quite some time now.
It's not completely abandoned though, I want to continue working on the mod, but spare time has been a scarce commodity for me lately.

I think that mods with so many factions can shorten the amount of work.

You can make the troop trees on this style:
Village:
Light Infantry
Light Archer
Scout Cavalry
Castle:
Medium Infantry
Medium Archer
Cavalry
Town:
Heavy Infantry
Heavy Archer
Knight(Heavy Cavalry)

Light units use cloth&leather
Medium units use leather&mail
Heavy units use mail&plate

And,if you wanted to make 6 colors,make 6 regions instead.

6 Regions x9 troops for region x3 experience level for troop = 108 troops.

Experience levels are troop upgrades:
Basic->Veteran->Elite

Landskecht->Veteran Landskecht->Elite Landsknecht

These do not change the equipments,only the stats.

Current M&B resources+Shredzorz' 15th century weapons+Narf's Transitional,Plate&Men-at-Arms armor packs can handle this amount of troops without any problem.

Yeah, let's make the mod the most generic ****fest out here and use solely the OSP packs! What a great idea!

Seriously? Do you think that would work? Just take a moment to think of what you would be playing in the end.

In any way that would be better than many recolored copies of native armors.Not to mention it would make a smaller download size.

There hasn't been any progress made for a very long time now, even though it's still in my mind.
It might not be totally dead, but it is very much "resting". :wink:
