Recruit
I do not have much age , and cant speak english very good  but I dreamed about it  all the time

i think build castles and walls in other lands give us more fun than we ever have

building have to be looks like on stronghold 2 or same game versions , in castles you can build some things : Brewery , Blacksmith, Armoury, Barracks (there you can recruit some soldiers ) , Bakery , Tavern , Granary, Low Walls , High Walls ,...,..., . all building you can see in http://stronghold.heavengames.com/sc/gameinfo/buildings/

in , small camp , camp , towns  you can buid only mill , storages , farms ,Quarry, Iron Mine , Woodcutter's Hut ...

there upgrade tree for settlements  (settlement place, small camp , camp , town , castle , big castle , king castle  . ( or something )

to create  settlement place you need 132 wood (10 wood costs about 150 denars ) 15 stone (5 stone costs about 250 denars )

7 Iron (1 Iron costs about 450 denars ) 320 Food any chease , Apples

then you have more  settlements  places you can send goods to your other places

i am only player not a creator  , i just give idea for better gameplay  .

dont say anything about my speaking in english ,i know .

i suggest  to build towns and castles (better build from towns to castles) first you have to build settlement place then upgrade it to small camp then you can build your own city (build buildings in your place first building have to be small camp centre then all other ) then you build your own city if you want you can upgrade the small camp centre to camp centre then to  town centre then to castle centre then to big castle centre then to king castle  centre.

in higher centre upgrade you hawe much more ability and buildings

I Understand. However towns and castles should be very expensive. Very expensive meaning a lot more than 100,000 denars. Otherwise people would build too many and it would be ridiculous. I like the idea but the Mount & Blade game engine is not suited to the task very well. There would be hundreds of combinations using different upgrades so we would need hundreds of different scenes plus the terrain types ( Desert, Snow, Forest, Grassland ).

first expensive , first you have to select the place there you want to build your small camp ,  (it doesn t cost)  , then you build it (costs  around 30 wood or something ) then you want to upgrade it costs more and more , example : town costs 400 wood and stone and iron , then you want upgrade it costs much more 1400 , stone , iron . so it is very expensive to build castle  .

old castles still be in game this my idea just add ability to build castles anywhere in map

ps. Hundreds its not big count if some scenes pickups from mods and edits them , with  game engine we need something to do , but dont know how .

I didint say that this idea have to be done in 4 month  if they see my idea , understands , like and have time to do
. So whey do it

I like the idea. But then they should create Wood and Stone items and then a player has to bring a lot of Stone or Iron in his inventory to the building site and it should take a very long time and cost a lot  of denari to pay to the workers to build something. I think it should start from a camp to a town. Camp-Vilage-Castle-Town. And they should add a limit for these structures.  But i dont think that this idea will be done.

P.S Sveikas mažiau

they , have to crate new game to do this  and name it mount and blade : castle wars (or something )

i didn't have chance that they ever see my thread

p.s. sveikas

5 years is good but too long , 2 month beter  but didn t have reality . I think 1 month is best choice but its also isn t real.

Best choice is to abandon that idea. In my opinion it's not good idea to build a castle.

I think some productive settlements should be upgrade-able that can have an effect on the type and amount of items it can produce. Some settlement upgrades would require other upgrades before they can be built

For instance the Ironworks can be branched off into to different tree-lines. The two initial upgrade line should be the Blast Furnace (which increases the amount of iron produced) or a Blacksmith (converts iron to low quality metal weapons and armour). The Blast Furnace can be upgraded to a Foundry which allows either large production scale of iron, or small scale production of steel (necessary for production of high quality weapons and armour). The Foundry can be further upgraded to a Steel-Mill which greatly increases the amount of steel produced, and is the final building in the metalworking production line.
The Blacksmith can branched off into the Armourer (armour specalist) or a Blade-smith (metal-weapon specialist) which produce higher quality items of their specialty than normal Blacksmiths. They can be furthered upgraded to Master Armourer/Bladesmith which produce very high quality armour/weapons and you can pay the Master Armourer/Bladesmith a commission to make a custom armour/weapon that has a high chance of having positive modifiers. Master Armouer/Bladesmith can be further upgraded to Royal level however, they can only be made in Settlements owned the player if they are a Monarch of their own independent faction. Royal Smiths produce the highest quality armour/weapons and can be commissioned to produce a set of Royal Armour/Weapon for the player. These Royal gear will the best in-game

I would love it if the game had some improvements available to the various features... so far, Silverstag has done a pretty good job with many improvements available for villages, castles and towns, and brought far more value to any of them.
If it were possible to upgrade the various businesses (or, maybe, even enable more than one to be built in a town?) it would make the game that much more interesting to those of us with a builder mindset.
And why not even the ability to modify castle layouts? Or design castles from the ground up, like the great old Lords of the Realm series?

Even the original suggestion could be made viable, through improvement of a basic settlement, but that would greatly depend on balancing the trading system, to prevent settlement spamming.

I think there could be a system to build castles but it should be limited, here is what i suggest, change the way castles and towns interact so it is town-castle-village instead of town-village/castle-village like it is now, then have every village have an option to build castle in the vicinity, if there is no castle it is generic town-village, if castle is built it becomes town-castle-village. Like in real middle ages if the village is getting raided villagers will seek shelter in the castle if it is present.
