What happens is that I run to speak with my fellow vassal of the sultanate, (he's right next to me when I load) and ask if there is something we could do to improve our standing in the kingdom, he suggest that I speak to the Sultan about the marshal and how ill I think of him. I press "that sounds like a good idea" and the game freezes. I've replicated it with my savefile and the same thing happens.
