Want to create a Regiment with people!

Hello everyone,
I would like to create a Regiment, but I don't want to start alone, thats why I'm posting here. If I can get more people to join me in this we can more easily form a larger regiment much faster.
I already have a TeamSpeak 3 server ready, with a max capacity of 64 players.
If I get enough people to help me, I'll rent a 200 slot server for the Regiment!
