Walker face-mark

I am doing a quest to find Walker Face_Mark the bandit he is suppose to be Klin (sp?) but when i talk to the elder and townspeople they all say "well strangers come and go but if you think he's here feel free to look for him"

well i looked all over the town at all the houses and everything and cannot find this dude! Anyone know how to get him?

one person told me to look for the "nervous guy" around day time but i found no such person.

He is there. You just aren't looking properly

Nervous guy he is called.

He may be out from line of houses under a tree or near a building away from the mian group.  Villagers should be walking toward him occasionally.

Ride the perimeter of the map and look toward the village, more than half are behind a tree that you wont notice from inside the town.
