Villages have no recruits?

Hi, what im doing mostly is try recruit my prosioners, because they high tier and plus there is nobody usually in almost all villages and cities

I have noticed it quite literaly twice that a village or town had no recruits. At other times there tend to be at least some or a full roster...

Are you seeing this happen alot?

its when a lord recruited them just before you enter the village

lords gather recruits the same way you do, you've probably just been unlucky because a lord has just been there

You can see what what lords, caravans, villagers do when they enter a town or village, it'll say things like -3 prisoners, +5 recruits, +10 grain etc.

A lot, usually i don't even care to look already XD maybe need some balance in my kingdom
