Unable to Progress Through Ranks

Hi,

I apologize if this isn't the correct place to post this, as I'm slightly new here. Anyhow, I've found it impossible to rank up. I've tried joining different armies, waiting up to 20 days or 5 battle (whichever came first) before switching to another, yet my "Experience until Next Promotion" remains "N/A". I don't import characters, and cheats are disabled. If anyone could help me understand what's going on and possibly find a solution, I would be really grateful.

I play on v1.153 and it works just fine so I'm pretty sure that's not the problem.
