Unable to name second child of twins.

My wife gave birth to twin girls. The only way (that I know of) to name the child was to click on the bubble and input it. However, it would only apply to the first child. The second child has a name that I did not choose and want to get rid of. Does anyone know of any way I can edit her name such as in game or through a file?

You can’t cheat code it in at least

I didn't know you could even name your children, tried it once and it crashed the game.

I just encountered this. There does not seem to be a way to rename the second kid. A simple solution would be to spawn two event bubbles, one for each child.
