Summary: Hi all, since i updated from 1.2.1 to 1.3.0 and still, i can not open the game.
How to Reproduce: Opening the game from steam and from launcher. When i open the game in folders without launcher (BE and Native) i can open, without any mods of course and that's my point.
I tried to get old versions but it didn't work, last time i was able to play was v1.2.1 but now i can't open in that version too.
My latest crash reports are:

Version: 1.3.0 and newers
Installed community-made modifications: I deleted the whole game and mods. Then downloaded the game only without any mods, so it's not about mods.

CPU: Intel i7 4300MQ 2.40 ghz
RAM: 8 GB RAM
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): 1 TB HDD, 16GB SSD
