I was unable to completely download either the most recent update (e1.3.1) or the one before so I uninstalled the game.
I have attempted to re-install the game several times but each time only a few MB will download then it will pause. When I push the resume button it downloads a few MB then pauses again.
My internet connection is working properly and according to "SpeedTest" my download speed is 485 Mbps. I have no issues updating or downloading other games on Steam.
