In Progress Troops not using ladders

I just did my first siege in patch 1.4, and my troops lost the ability to use a ladder. They put both up, then they would climb a few steps up, and then just stand there. I had to kill my own soldier to get past.

Also, I first tried to auto resolve the fight. It was my 232 experienced troops against 27 defenders. 85 of mine were killed + alot wounded.. I mean.. Seriously?

same issue with buggy ladders. They will either stay stuck, never go up or if they do they use one ladder and send the archers first

Same issues across sieges. The ram breaks right as they are smashing the gate but they don't continue the job hacking away.
Ladders sometimes unused.The siege towers sometimes also go unused.

It is annoying.

You should be able to place archers behind ladders, and get the others to charge, just like wb 1.
And pulz more ladders with bigger armies
