Transferring Saves: (Steam to Windows -> Xbox)

As the title suggests, I've been meaning to transfer my Steam Save file, (PC), to my Windows version of the game, and from there to my Xbox Series X console.
With the windows version of the game, it's really easy to transfer save files from there to Xbox, (Microsoft does the rest as long as I have an internet connection),

But I'm completely lost as to how to transfer my long time save from Steam, to Windows.
