In Progress Time Fast Forwarding World Goes Black

Summary: During play, I would be fast-forwarding and at random the world would fade all black, but I still would see names of settlements. Almost like at a certain time at night the entire map default to solid black.
How to Reproduce: Just Fast Forwarding at x3 speed or whatever the fastest we can(max settings)- This would happen at random during my playtime. Mainly happens after coming out of settlements and battles or just sitting still and passing time by.
