Here is a small example (one of many). So he used North and South assets, using them with copy/paste, others got altered (like adding sleeves).
The helmet is a Blood and Iron helmet.
There are also stolen map props and many other uniform assets, from mods like North and South and Blood and Iron.
Anyway to fix how everyone declares war on Swadia, even Helvetia and the Sarrannids?

So why do you think its a dead mod? Even if mods are dead, you have no right to rip off things you need.
The uniforms are part of North and South and were made for the mod.
I am sure, the modders who "gave" permission will rethink, if they look at your behaviour of stealing things.

Do those who mod Parabellum asked your teams for permission to use and modify your models?
They clearly ask the Iron Europe's team, and this has been acknowledged in Moddb before they were taken down.
So what is the issue here:
They blatantly rip your models off without asking for permission?

So in other words, "Gee, pretty nice mod you got going on here, be a shame if somebody claimed the content that was distributed to the community for free, for a game that is a decade old, and is clearly not being monetized in any way." It's petty bs like this that has made this site and moddb a **** ghost town for mod development. Bravo guys. Choke out more mods under your heel.
That's not how it works. Plenty of mods release their content as open source once it hits the development peak or is simply not worked on anymore.
However, taking assets from a mod that's still being worked on, claiming the assets and pretending it's a 'service for the community' is just ****ing stupid. Someone went through a lot of effort to make their creation unique, and then there's always smartasses who think they are doing someone a favour by stealing assets.
In other words, **** off.

Cool, so other question, does Tale know that he is accepting donations for work on an engine that is originally theirs? http://www.fsegames.eu/forum/index.php?action=treasury ...it's cool I'm sure he got direct written permission from them.
