Color or Colour is exactly the same. Colour is how it is spelled in british english due to the french influence.
It's like Flavor and flavour

There is no such thing as British English its English or American English which was purposely changed by the Americans as a way to differentiate themselves from us English. However It is because of the French that we use a u in our words. Bloody Normans grrr.
