Symbols on left side of screen

Anyone know what the symbols on the left side of the screen are exactly? I know that they are related to internet connection but there is two different symbols and they change colour between white, orange, and red. See the imgur link for what they look like. Asked on the mount and blade discord and didn't find anything. Didn't see anything in the 1.4 patch notes either...

Well I can't be 100% sure, but I can take an educated guess and say that the top symbol is high ping (maybe desync) and the bottom one looks like packet loss (you constantly send "packages" of info to the server and some of those are not getting through). The colors indicate the severity.
