Yes indeed, speaking on behalf of my character, of course, he saw this beauty and instantly went wobbly at the knees. Why can't I have a relationship with her? Perhaps I don't want to be with some snotty nosed-Lordess, or to marry for some political advantage.
Like in the folk songs of old, we should be able to be controversial in our choices and fall in love with whomever we choose, surely if I'm creating my own kingdom I can freely choose my queen.
Let the lords stick their noses in the air in disgust, or perhaps even find the tale inspiring!
I guess I shall have to write my own song of love that will not be.
Please help me out Taleworlds!

This is a pretty popular request, and wouldn't involve creating entirely new game mechanics, so I'd bet there's a pretty good chance this will be implemented. I do hope so, for the sake of the role-playing experience.

Alas my character is too old to marry now, bit of a daft game mechanic if you ask me as he's only 41. I do hope they resolve these issues
