Seeing as how we can already choose a playable heir, we should also be able to switch over to control other clan members at will. This would allow us to take part in losing battles or sieges more often, without the fear of losing our main army.
Additionally, we would be able to add some interesting twists to the game, such as playing as the jealous sibling who did not inherit the throne. I would like to write my own saga with more interesting choices and control over each clan member, as opposed to having the braindead followers that they currently are.
When switching control we should have the option to either have the clan leader stay stationed at their current location, or wander freely, much like the other clan members.
