SP - Battles & Sieges Suggestion: If you lose a battle where some of your troops routed and survived, you should be able to join back up with them.

So, just like the title says. When you beat an enemy party, all the guys who routed are still there on the map, but when you lose, the survivors just vanish. There ought to be a chance (could be based off Roguery with a perk to increase the odds) of escaping scot-free after a loss, just like npc lords can escape, and if any of your guys routed and got away, you should be able to join up with them again.

or they auto turn to your kingdom patrols or yours

+1 for something like that.

if you get disbanded, some of your men could regroup as a friendly patrol that you'd absorb back later through dialogue (or leave as is)? and some troops might still get lost or found back in villages, available for recruitment ? (say for those belongning to the local culture)

more diverse than just loosing them or having them captured.

Don't think that way because they are routing because of low moral and then they wont come back to you when they loose
True, but at some point, some warriors might be loyal enough to regroup and join back. So maybe the recruit would mostly change their mind about that carrier choice and go back to their farm ... some higher tier might think it's a good moment to retire. But not all of them.
