Stuck on Special spear quest

I talked with a lord who said that there was a lady in Pictland "forst" (forest I think was the intended spelling) who knew the whereabouts of a a powerful spear. I've yet to find anything, though I've scowered the countryside for any such person.

So.

1) What exactly am I looking for? A little marker somewhat like a bandit hideout? Or a single old lady standing in a forest?
2)  Can I have a push in the right direction as where to look?

Mm, you are the first that meet this hehe. It is initial for Gae Bolga quest, but it isnt active until Contest is finish, and we know winners
