Resolved STUCK IN TACTICS SELECTON WINDOW (encounter menu)

My party is stuck in a fight between an enemy lord and and friendly party. There are´nt the Buttons : Attack, send troops and so on.
It was caused though attacking the enemy lord that had no troops and was already attacked by my companions party.(should get captured immediately!)
I cant get out of this . pls fix AFAP!
Version: 1.2.0.226919

No mods installed.
