Resolved Sound Issues - Battles & Quests

Summary: I've experienced, sound coming in and out during dialogue scenes for when meeting Istania and Arzagos in main quest. Dodgy sound issues during battles, no sound effects during battles. Only started when going from e.1.1.1 to e.1.1.2.
How to Reproduce: Follow next quest after the Spy Ring given by Istania
