here's how you easily siege as a solo Clan not a kingdom yet.
I'm guessing you are looking for your first fief otherwise why not have your own kingdom or work as a vassal and get a fief with your army?
wait till a town is under siege. and linger around it. when the siege is about to finish, walk up to the attacking army. and when they finish the siege. the town will be theirs. their weakened army is yet to enter the town and there is 0 garrison. you declare war on them and wipe that army in a field battle. then take the town for free.
personally i would take a field battle anyday over a siege even if i have to fight twice the numbers.
