Resolved Siege Defense and Attack Bugs

Summary: When defending/attacking in a siege AI pathing will often get "stuck" and just path back and forth in the same spot. As a defender you can't retreat to "fix" the bug even though the battle stalemates forever.
How to Reproduce: Play a close siege battle.
Have you used cheats and if so which:

Do you remember on which castle/town sieges this issue was happening? Do you think it happens on every map?
I have seen it on at least two maps, but the one it happened on a few reloads and led to the report was Garontor Castle. The first map (don't remember the city), the attacking AI clumped around a siege tower base and refused to climb the ladders (it looked like they were "charging" the wall). On the Garontor map, they got stuck on the ramparts after climbing deployable ladders. They were on* one of the two sides and would just swarm back and forth without engaging the remaining defenders.
