I know the movies and books too but I have never seen them. I always wished to see them but I hadn't got much time.

Well, if you ever get the time to watch the movies, I recommend them. The extended version is 9-12 hours long, but worth it

Thanks, and I would like to ask that, is Third Age:Total War based on the LOTR?
I heard there is a mod called LOTR:TW.

I don't know about LOTR:TW, but yes, TA:TW is based on LOTR and is really ****ing awesome.

Nope, didn't think it'd be worth the cash. I'm fine with M2:TW and mods for now, I'll wait 'til I get a better pc first. Oh, and I'll probably jump on Shogun2 first.

In Empire: Total War, it is really fun. I destroyed 2 factions, but it took very long time. I had to transport 3 fully trained army across Atlantic, and I had to go crazy against Native Americans, they were destroying my new factories and ports.

Ooops.....errrr......I mean more than 70. Plus 5500 muskets cracking again and again. Plus the sound of death and valour.

With the last one, you mean a bunch of guys having less of a self preservation instinct than that of a stereotypical lemming, right?

I meant that I fought a huge battle, with 2 armies of mine and one of my ally against 2 armies of enemies. Nearly all were huge. The battle lasted for 1 hour (I like to play slowly and realistically).
