Requests for custom banners, surcoats and shields

I normally stay hidden away in the roleplays, but been looking through this thread for a while and the artworks amazing!
Just curious, but is there any way that these banners can be put into a game or mod without any major modding skills? Never really did understand how the banners here made it into games, unless they were added to mods in development and in which case I'd be a lil over my head. Thanks!

1. Copy banner_d.dds, banner_e.dds, banner_f.dds from folder C:\Program Files\Mount&Blade\Textures to anywere
2. Extract banners.exe

@Kalnia: 
1)  Get a free program like paint.NET
2)  Open any of the banners files found in your "Mount&Blade\Textures\" folder
3)  Copy the banner you want in game over one of the banners that you want to replace
4)  Save the new banners file over the old one, but make sure to make a backup in case you want to change back.
