Reporting teamkilling on NA

So I went on the NA servers this evening because the EU servers were deserted and was promtply greeted by this person 'RayRay' generally being a **** towards me solely based on the fact that I was not NA. He kept teamkilling/hitting me (check server logs) and used the usual response of 'sorry, missclick' after killing me with no enemies even alive at all.

Personally I couldn't care less about what he was doing, but considering the scumbag behavior that seems to be going on on the NA servers I felt that this should be done.
