Recruiting Female Peasants

A modding question.

In Warband you can recruit peasants, but you have no choice to hire female peasants, which are used in quests also(cleaning maids). So is there a way to Mod the game to recruit them? It helps with gaining Sword Sisters also.

Any help appreciated.

It is possible by modifying recruitment scripts, of course.

Attack any type of bandits or deserters that have a female peasant as a prisoner and when you defeat them it will give you the option to recruit female peasants (make sure you have your party with space
