I believe the proper course of action is to report this sort of behavior to a server admin via PM.  Try sadnhappy, since it's an EU player.  That way the admins can watch the player for more undesirable behavior, and take action.  Making a complaint thread doesn't really accomplish anything besides starting flame wars.

Reported to the admin child board. In further cases, PM an admin instead of creating a topic because then we'll have the whole page full of short threads. I'm online everyday.
