Is the option to have birth and death for console going to be added in the next update for console. And no I don’t mean battle death I mean birth and death overall.

Birth and Death option is in the console version of the game. You can select the relevant option on the character creation.

The option to not have the main character die of old age. I don’t see how it is so hard to put it into console
