Question for Callum or the Developers

Are rank 5 and 6 troops going to be recruitable at any point in the games development?

I have heard the counter arguments that state that a tier 5 or 6 would have too much honour to be recruited. However this makes no sense in the quest Extortion by Deserters, as they would have lost all honour when they deserted. So I am genuinely curious what TW will do about them.

Recruiting them from prisoners would make a great perk.

I am guessing with no reply on this thread from @Callum they are saying they don't know what they will do with level 5 and 6 tier troops.
