problem with dedicated server

hi guys, i am trying host dedicated server, but I get this message http://i67.tinypic.com/3501owx.pngTinyPic ,someone know how fix that?

You're using old version of dedicated server exe. Try the newest one  - http://download.taleworlds.com/mb_warband_dedicated_1171u.zip

If that doesn't work, use the exe from Viking Conquest dedicated server - http://download.taleworlds.com/mb_warband_viking_conquest_dedicated_1170_2028.zip

Now I can host, the problem is that it is a native server  i try change it, but i dont know , u know? thanks
