Remington M1865 Rolling Block
Don't be hating on it because it's a single shot. Reload speed, accuracy, and damage more then make up for it.

Don't really have anything for the other two as none of the other guns really 'clicked' for me.

My personal three favorites are these:

I. Colt M1851 Navy - it was simply the most iconic American revolver before the Colt Single Action Army's first appearance in 1873.
II. Colt Pocket Police - this is a nifty little revolver. It's not too powerful, but the reload speed is good, and it's nice looking.
III. Winchester Rifle - This is with little doubt, the best rifle in 1866, and is also nice looking too, whether steel or gold plated.

I voted for Colt Pocket Police, because It sounds awesome when firing ( ) and it's cheaper than others revolvers, and the reload time is good too.
