how you to make resolve the dispute in mount and blade warband imean between two loards there is anybody get me answer ?

You should be able to talk to them and be given a new dialogue option...

However the latest such quest I did didn't have the option show up on either of the lords (well, one of them was the King actually) and then naturally time ran out and it considered the quest failed and I lost right to rule. Not happy!

That was with the latest patch (I have Steam so it's been auto updating). Hopefully with the next one though... whenever that comes out...
