aroncss, What do you use in this mod this time? Module Python or Morgh? 
If you use Module Python, I can easily help you remove faction 3 until faction 6 (expect if you had  ), and If this mod is MP, removing faction is could be more easy

A modern Philippine map or the old Chinese or Spanish maps? because if its gonna be the modern one then... its gonna take a whole lot of effort to be that detailed xD
