Question: is there no way to marry two from different factions?
I want her, you know, that Linthradil, but I'm currently a Falcon Lord, and very fine with it. Only I thought it was possible in Warband to marry between different factions? Otherwise I'd find a way to ease the difficulty.
But I'm surprised by her answer. Well, at least, she didn't say no.
Which means yes...
You can most definitely marry a maiden from a different faction, especially if you are the king of yours.

But you are not trying to marry a young girl with a few thousands coins of a dowry.  You are trying to marry a landowning princess.  Do you expect her to betray her country, and offer a solid quarter of her mother's lands to your liege?  And even if the princess was willing to do it, do you expect her mother to allow it to happen without starting a war?

First, my thanks for the kind answer.
How could I phrase that: Linthradil is... different.
Okay, jokes aside, I must agree, love in Warband/Perisno is quite a new area to me. All I knew is Linthradil has always answered me nicely, according to the Perisno codes of tenderness. I could feel she wasn't insensitive towards my unceasing courting. Yet always answered with that hope killing line, unless it was some sort of a signal: "we're not from the same faction".
But nothing else, nothing like "I hate you". So I tried something, and switch allegiance for her mother who doesn't really like me (3 love points only, when Linthradil is already all around me with a 20 I think). I got a village alright, and when I asked the Queen, her mother to wed her daughter, she gave me the usual ruler to a nobody's answer: "I have better plans for my children".
Then I went straight to Linthradil, and.. we're going to be married anytime soon. She even asked me first, what a girl, in our very first convoy as both Elintor nobilities...
But what I really want is seeing what is going to happen, now that I know she loves me, if I stay faithful with my beloved Realm of the Falcon. Probably nothing as you said, being nothing but a Falcon lord only.
Unless I go King and all...
And I'm a human, when she is elven. But it didn't seem to slow her down one bit so far...
A great mod like Persino deserves interfactions love affairs.
I also thought being a Princess would make anything impossible at first, but she is just a hot regular woman when it comes to heart beats...
You might be right, that's probably more her "landowning" side, than the Princess one, which is keeping her away from me. Like any landowning lord is always going to be more difficult to recruit than a poor one...
Actually? I may have a solution about that landowning side of hers...
Just like in my first playthrough.
But lovers could get be together even from a distance.

Okay, I checked: it's definitely not a matter of faction as I'm already on a "Wed your betrothed" quest with a "regular" Elintor's daughter, with the full approval of her father, as a Falcon lord myself. No one ever mentionned "the faction ruler would be against such a union", which Linthradil keeps using... against her heart.
So, it's either because she owns some fief or being a lady, not a regular girl, but a chief with responsibilities that there is a problem marrying a foreigner.
But being a Princess, or richer, or strictly from different factions without considering the landwoning, doesn't matter, as she agrred to marry me as a poor village's owner... but Elintor's.

I Have been playing for quite a while now and I never saw him, I used cheats to teleport to every city and he was nowhere, was he removed?
1) Yes. His story contradicts updated Aroulo lore.
2) Use Perisno Q&A + FAQ thread for simple questions such as this.

I looked at these household guards that you can hire from your castle, and this gave me an idea because you can customize their gear. I attempted to make several different types of troops that do this so that I can customize my own army of archers/footmen/cavalry/etc. I went into morph's and made a unit with the same settings as the household which sadly didn't work because the change equipment option seems to be tied to scripting. I have no idea where to find this. If anyone has any ideas of what I could try to make these separate units customizable I'd appreciate it. I've been wanting to create my own experience fitting my own men with whatever I wanted to put on them. Of course creating lower tier units that have lower stats, then up-gradable into stronger units like a normal troop tree, but with the troops being fully customizable. If anyone can help me out and can tell me how to do this I'd appreciate it. I can make a troop tree easily, I just need to be able to make the units customizable like house guards.  :?:

Okay? That's not what Im looking for. Im trying to make my own troop tree with multiple new units so I need to find out how to make them customizable so that I can create my own.

Actually I'll just use the merc faction and customize them I forgot I could do that for a minute. Though it would still be nice to know how to make units customizable. So thank you for that.

Actually this is really bad. I can't even give them the items I want them to wear they just get a list of crappy armors/weapons/everything that I don't even like. /ruined. rip. So this customization thing still stands if anyone can help me out =L

What do you mean by triple post things change and I updated on it. And even in my own topic is that like a pet peeve to you moderators or something?

When things change, you need to click "modify" and edit your old message, not post another one right after it.
"No multiposting" rule exists on most forums. Your thread or not, a forum has to be clean.
On this forum it's even official:

No Spam
Spam clogs up the forum, makes relevant and accurate information harder to find and causes the forum to slow down for everybody. The definition of ‘spam’ includes, but is not limited to, the following actions:
[...]
Multi-posting — if you need to add something, and yours was the last post in the thread, edit your last post instead of adding a new one
Personally, I only see 2 exceptions from this rule:
1) At least several days passed between the messages, and their content at least slightly differs.
2) No/little time passed, but the content and purposes of messages are entirely different, e.g. in one message a developer responds to someone's question, and then in another makes some public announcement (the purpose why he came to the forum in the first place, but also decided to answer the question).

I see well the section you recommended to me the forge doesn't really help. I tried many of the tools in there. Im trying to make several units make their equipment fully customizable by you meaning you can give them whatever armor/weapon/everything just like a houseguard. It's tied to a script but I don't know where it is.

How does player party sorting work? Party sorting and player fief sorting is enabled, when or how does it sort the troops in my party?

I haven't find the way to autosort my active army so far, while it works fine with any garrison?
It was removed and will never be re-added because it causes an engine bug that resets experience.

I got high priest kunika as a prisoner..how is that possible?

From what I understand, when you beat an enemy army and it has prisoners that aren't eligible to add to your own army, they appear in the prisoner list. One might beat a enemy force that had captured that character and then you claimed that prisoner for yourself what you beat the captors.

I don't know if that's what happened for you, but I believe that is a way for it to be possible.

What's the best way to get my reputation up with minor factions?
1) Find a quest that does it, like for example the quest that starts in Voldeberg's tavern.
2) Watch for battles involving them, join and help them.  The worse their odds, the better.

By the way, be careful, because there is a sour spot where they will friendly to you but hostile to people whom you want safe, like a caravan that you are escorting.  So you may want to only befriend half-honest factions like the Eagle Knights, as opposed to outright bastards like the Demon worshipers.

Yup. Eagle Knights and Illica Falki make for great friends; they'll attack bandits and such, and (depending on the faction) might attack other kingdoms. I think Illica will only attack Reich, but Eagle Knights... Not sure.

I control pretty much all of Tolrania in my biggest game, and the Eagles keep my lands remarkably safe.
