Performance issues

Ever since I bought my new PC, my performance has decreased on M&B even on the lowest settings
All my drivers are updated.

My new PC specs :
GT 710 2GB low Profile
Core 2 Quad Q9550S @2.83 GHZ
8GB ram DDR2
Windows 10

My old PC specs:
Intel HD graphics
Intel Celeron 1037U @1.8Ghz
6GB ram DDR3
Windows 8.1

I am wondering if any of you know anything that may be the problem to my performance issues.

I think that the problem is from the game because it is bad optimised.

Attar is correct in that it is poorly optimized. To my understanding, Warband only uses one core of of your processor to run. Your last build had more power per individual core which is what warband needs as it is not optimized for multi-core use and its multi-threading leaves a bit to be desired. Considering this game was released in 2010, I still think it is doing considerably well for itself.
