Resolved Party Size Calculation and Smithing

When I found a kingdom, the perk Ultimate Leader isn't calculated towards party size. Additionally I cannot smith any axe or mace even if I have the recipe unlocked, after this happened one time I haven't been able to smith any axes or maces across different games and after updating to a new version
