This is from the book "Airborne Forces", part of the series "The Second World War 1939-1945 Army", compiled by Lieutenant-Colonel T.B.H Otway, DSO. Produced by the Imperial War Museum in 1990. Very good read for those interested in the development of British airborne forces and their use throughout the Second World War. It is written for the professional reader, ie it assumes that the reader is an officer or at least a well versed military historian.
