Don't use it myself but I agree it should be a toggle-able feature.

I grudgingly agree, although I think it's good that they made skill more important, but I guess if some people need it, it should be there.

I agree, speaking as someone with a currently weak computer that can get pretty low fps dips during combat. This feature is almost a necessity for me right now, as my computer can't respond fast enough to mouse inputs during heavy lag, so I can't block properly.
