NW crashing turns into blackscreen

I have got a problem with Napoleonic Wars. After ca. 5min the game turns into a black screen and the windows message problem-reporting shows up.
I don't really know why because native and other mods work well.

Ok, Could you install the non-steam version of the game if you haven't already:

Warband:
http://download.taleworlds.com/mb_warband_setup_1153.exe

Napoleonic Wars:

Then download this zipfile, and extract the contents in your main warband folder:

Run the game with wse_loader.exe, once your warband crashes, it should create a file "wse_crash_log.txt" in your main warband folder.
Please post the contents of the file.
