Summary: I've started besiege, two armies joined me and command over the besiege was given to someone else but I'm still able to build machines like this besiege is still uder my command. The main problem is the NPC is not attacking this city even if walls are broken, we have 5 times more troops and they don't have any food.
EDIT: My army was disbanded due to lack of cohesion. Also if I would leave the siege all the siege engines would be destroyed so it would be keeping there an entire army for another couple days.
How to Reproduce: Crete an army, attack a city and wait for other army to join. I don't know how the game is deciding who will be commanding the besiegers when another army joins.
