Nobles frequently leaving my empire !!UNBEARABLE!!

From my experience, there is no clear logic behind betrayal.
Nobles keep betrayaling me every in game week or less and it's freaking me out!
I lose huge man power because of that obviously, which is very importent when you own a kingdom.
When it happens I just load the game again, a few days before, to keep them at my faction.
Can you at least give a reason WHY are they committing a betrayal or explain the logic behind the betrayal.
It seems that is doesn't matter how much fielfs you give them, the betrayal rate is the same.

please fix that.

What's your relations with their clan? Have you given them a fief?

When you bring them in, be sure to boost your relations via supporing them on the Kingdom page (50 influence per 1-3 relations).

There is one clan, which I have 60+ relation with, that tries to leave every other day in my current game. But if I reload the save before they left, they do not leave...they wait a couple more days, then leave again, but I can then load the save before that leaving attempt,they do not leave for a few more days again. It seems very random, and has nothing to do with relationship status...very frustrating...
