Resolved No quest related talk options

As you see here, I have taken the Family Feud quest that require me to talk to Thais of Hiblet, however, since he is also posting a quest, I can only talk up his missing daughter quest, but there are no Family Feud quest related option despite the mission requires me to talk to him on the matter.

Version: 1.0.8 with 1.0.0 saves
