No Australian Server?

I just downloaded the game, but when I went on the multiplayer, both of the available servers were above 350 ping :sad:. I live in Australia, so is there any plans on making a server near where I live? If not, I won`t be able to play.
 
Unfortunately, servers are very expensive...
For such a small audience as Australia, I can't afford £40 per month for that :sad:
Also, the community is very small at present. The only players would be on the EU servers :sad:
 
Ahh, well. Thats a shame. Maybe you should try and advertise the mod a bit more, maybe put a few videos on youtube? Then you could get some more people playing it.

But for 2 people.
That would play lets say max 2-5 hours a week.
40 pounds/euro/dollar is a bit much.
I recommend That 1 of you hosts a dedicated server.
than you can play together.
 
Lets just say that I would be playing for more than 5 hours a week . A LOT MORE.  :razz:
How would I host a dedicated server? I`m not familiar with that sort of stuff. And obviously there are more than 2 PEOPLE in Australia that would play Rome at War.

Only reason I haven't downloaded this seemingly awesome mod was the lack of servers. I know there are EU servers but that'd be god awful lag. :sad:

I'd go on a Australian server, if it matters to anyone.
