Well actually im using the non-pbod version of your mod as pbod seems to give me huge performance drop. I'll wait for the new version then :smile:

I would have a last question : do this mod modify sieges scenes?

Anyway i would report a small bug (if not intended) :  vaegir veteran infantry got horses, but not everyone. Its just random. So you will have like 5/10 on horse and 5/10 on foot. I solved that removing the horse via Morghs, this is how it should be i think as they are the pre-step for real cavalry/heavy infantry.

Well, you *did* spend quite a lot of points to raise your leadership to 10, so I think that such a cost break is well deserved...

I'm waiting for the new release of this mod, looks very interesting and exactly what I was looking for.

I'm almost sure that's how they are in Native: Vaegir Veteran Infantry have an horse but it's not guaranteed, so each soldier has a chance to spawn with one.
 
Oh ... well i never played native really  :roll:

What's about sieges? I know Custom Commander do change sieges scene but only in "modern" release. What's about this one? I was thinking of adding "El arte de la guerra" Siege Fix.

Eagerly awaiting this, I've been using your mod as the base for my personal use for a long time now, and I think I've lurked enough and should thank you thoroughly for your work. I've spent countless hours hunched over this mod, tweaking it to my exact specifications, such is the fun of M&B, to have it look and play exactly how I want. So from the bottom of my anal, perfectionist heart, thank you for making this mod. I'm still using the 1.134 version of your mod, turned my nose up at the 1.143 patch and all the crap it broke. Can't wait to get my mitts on a new version, hopefully you haven't changed the order of the troops.txt, or messed around with the itemkinds too much. Most of the aesthetic work where I've spent over a hundred hours playing with is in there, my excitement is directed at getting the mod up to 1.143, using newer versions of the pbod, diplo, etc scripts and using your module system to begin incorporating other scripts I find and like.
That being the one reason I like your mod more than Floris, or any other, it's like buying a new car that doesn't have a paint job, or even body work, it's just four wheels and a really nice engine that you can keep improving. Once you get it to run just how you want it to, you can make it look just how you want it to.  :mrgreen: Thank you.
 
So, I'm playing a game and love it so far. My only problem is I can't find any arrows in the marketplace. I've searched all of them and havent seen any.
Is this just a coincidence or a bug?

A good question. I have added the newest versions of CC which also adds new siege scenes, but does it also alter Native ones?

I didn't change native troops. They probably lack the guarantee_horse flag. This also happened to my mounted archers, but I have already fixed them.

What kind of siege fix? Two ladders or something else?

Unfortunately, the update process has stopped until I finish that nasty SQL and relational databases exam on the 10th of February. Afterwards, vacations start and I will have plenty of time for modding, testing and playing.
Right now, 1.0 is nearly bug-free, except for disobedient soldiers who deny my orders to brace their spears. I'm using the non-WSE version of PBOD and Caba'drin promised some bugfixes for this version in the near future. Maybe that will solve the problem. Alternatively, both the custom troops used for testing or the heavily modified mission_templates could be the reason it doesn't work as intended. Hopefully, I'll find out what's wrong.
 
Yes. El arte de la guerra siege fix add more ladder/tower to the native scene and i think alter the meshes so AI behave way better. It's included in other mods also like Floris.

Anyway i've just managed to discover that whit any other mod that include PBOD i'll lag a lot more (I've high end pc, im talkin about strange stutter not regular performance issue) but whit your version of it, it's smooth as native. That's AMAZING. Please if you are using some kind of modified pbod version try to keep that in future version.


 
i was wondering how can i put money in the bank is there a special process. like being a vassel or anything.
 
i do but i only have the option to take a loan =(, also i noticed this are not vary many bandits is it just that some areas have less then others or is there something that triggers bandits. i even found a hide out but no bandits spawned from it =(
 
I can't play Warband without Full version of Native Mod Compilation :sad: It's so hard to wait for updated version of it...

Minimum amount of money to be put into the bank is 1000 denars. I've changed it to allow for smaller deposits of 100 denars.


BETA 2 of 1.0 Full is ready and will soon be uploaded to the repository.

- Does Arch3r's bridge battle work? When you start a battle near a bridge, it should start on a new battlefield containing a bridge.
- When you create your own kingdom and you want to use the custom troops, choose Player Faction as culture when talking to your chancellor. Pressing this button also "convinces" your vassals to hire them and not the native troops.
- Spear bracing is still not working. I even checked Floris, but couldn't find anything. I guess I have to ask Caba'drin. I bet the problem is rather small though.
- Mounted Patrol should cost 50 denars to hire, although the game will claim something else.
 
does this mod require WSE? also im wondering if there is anything i can change to make more bandits spawn as of right now i dont have any on my map =(

Right now, WSE is not needed. Before I switch to that, I have to make sure that the current version runs as intended. When it does, I can upgrade to WSE and its new features.
So far, I have seen forest, tundra and desert bandits.
