SP - General Mounts allowed in Factions Towns if we're a Noble

I think this would be immersive, nobles would likely be allowed to ride around on a mount if they wanted to in towns, I presume? Just posted this as a comment in another thread but thought I'd make a quick suggestion thread out of it.

And what I mean is obviously you would only be allowed to ride around on a mount in your factions towns, and not in other factions towns.

If your goal is only to ride a mount in a town you can equipe a mount in your civil cloat tap. your will start with a mount in any town as long as you start at the city gate ( not exiting the keep )
